Cholesterol-full celebration

So in order to celebrate the low-cholesterol blood test results I got yesterday, my colleague Victor and I had pork belly for lunch.

This is the traditional Hakka dish with the salted veggies.

It was nice but for some reason, I had trouble eating the fatty parts. Perhaps this is due to the fact that I had changed my diet over the past few months. So what would have been savory last year is now a little, shall we say, gross?
