Right now, I use the Camaro as a daily driver. It's quite entertaining to drive.

Anyway, after one year, it is time for me to let go of it. I have more or less run out of things to fix on it and I just bought an old VW Camper Van (yes, it's back to VW time ).

So, the Camaro, which I found after quite a bit of searching, is now for sale.

The car is 100% smog legal. According to current law, it becomes smog test exempt in 2007. Current DMV registration is good until April 2003. With careful planning, you can work it out such that you have only 2 more smog tests : once next year (for the new purchase registration and 2003) and once in 2005.

Guess what I found? This is the original build sheet of the Camaro. Click to enlarge.

I found it under the driver's sit while cleaning the car. It shows the actual options the car was originally equiped with like body moulding options, even the windshield antenna is indicated. The car was made at the Van Nuys, CA plant and shipped to Stevinson Chevrolet at Golden, CO.
